In accordance with rule R649-9-2.4 et al General Waste Management, of the Utah Oil & Gas Conservation General Rules, every operator shall submit to the Division, an Annual Waste Management Plan (AWMP) by January 15 of each year to account for the proper disposition of produced water and other E&P Wastes.
