GRAMA Request

The Government Records Access Management Act (GRAMA) went into effect in 1992. GRAMA sets guidelines for classifying all types of data and information in Utah government records based upon who has rights to access that information. Government works under the double requirement of public transparency and protecting private information.

The Division does NOT provide emergency response for undesirable events. Activate your local emergency response system first as needed.

For the reporting of MAJOR undesirable incidents after DOGM office hours, please call Dal Gray at 385-280-0394 or Dana Dean at 801-707-1066. Keep in mind that major and minor incidents can be submitted electronically through our electronic submission form.
